Since 2004, we have conducted e-commerce through the stores Skistore.se/Mtbstore.se. Through these stores, we sell ski and bicycle equipment in accordance with the Distance and Home Sales Act (Law (2005: 59).) In 2006, we opened our physical store which is now located on Övre husargatan 2 in Gothenburg, where you will also find our rental and service department.
Right from the start, our goal has been to be the most well-stocked, quality-oriented and service-oriented ski and bicycle shop you can find. Our philosophy is and has always been that quality, both in terms of products and customer service, pays off in the long run. Something we hope you think is reflected in our range and treatment.

The prices in the store are stated in SEK, all prices include 25% VAT (books 6%). We reserve the right to change prices caused by price changes from suppliers, printing errors in the price list and errors in prices due to incorrect information and we reserve the right to adjust the price.
Payment is handled through Klarna Checkout, which is offered in collaboration with Klarna AB. Klarna Checkout distinguishes between purchase and payment. First you confirm your purchase, then you choose how you want to pay. You can choose on Klarna invoice, Klarna account, to pay directly by card or by bank transfer. Klarna Checkout: By using Klarna Checkout, you accept Klarna AB's (556737-0431, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm) terms and conditions. You must be at least 15 years old to use Klarna Checkout.
Identification, adaptation and risk assessment In order to be able to securely identify you and prevent unauthorized use or misuse of Klarna Checkout and to meet the requirements of good lending practice, Klarna needs to secure your identity. Klarna collects additional information such as social security number, name and address and, when choosing credit alternatives, credit information from various suppliers. Klarna also needs to use the information that you may have provided in previous purchases, publicly available information on the internet and information on how you have previously met our payment terms, in order to make a risk assessment. Klarna Checkout automatically adjusts the risk assessment, and thus the design of the service, for each time you use the service and you do not need to enter more information than necessary. In some cases, the previously specified and Klarna-approved address will be displayed to you as soon as you have entered your e-mail address and postal code. The approved address may only be used for the purpose of pre-filling the address information in direct connection with a purchase. You can easily prevent the authenticated address from being pre-filled by choosing to apply a PIN code. By completing the purchase, you confirm your identity and correct delivery address.
Klarna Checkout presents the payment options that can be offered to you. Current payment options that may currently be offered through Klarna Checkout are invoice, account credit, card payment or direct payment via bank. Invoice is the default payment option where possible. When paying with an invoice, Klarnas' invoice terms applicable at any time apply; U.N. 14 days credit, a reminder fee will be added in the event of non-payment. If you have shopped for less than SEK 60, SEK 29 will be added, and if you have shopped for SEK 60 or more, SEK 60 will be added in the reminder fee. Also a default interest rate corresponding to 24% plus the reference interest rate set by the Riksbank at any given time. There is no cost to use Klarna Checkout. Any taxes or fees may, however, be added through the selected payment option, see the individual payment terms for the option you choose. Klarna may at any time add or remove one or more payment options from those offered in Klarna Checkout.
When you complete a purchase via Klarna Checkout, you and Klarna enter into an agreement where Klarna, among other things, guarantees that you do not have to pay if you do not receive your goods. At the same time, Klarna reimburses the store for what you have bought and thus takes over the right to be paid. For orders between 0 - 499 SEK, the shipping cost is 50 SEK.
For orders larger than 500 SEK, shipping is free.
Return slip is included with all orders within Sweden. The exception is skis and bicycles. Please read § 10 regarding return fees.
All orders are sent with Posten / DHL except skis which are sent with Bring. Our normal delivery times are 1-3 working days within Sweden. Orders placed on the weekend are normally sent the following Monday. If there have been delays in your delivery (without our notice if you want a longer delivery time), you should contact us directly via e-mail (email@example.com) or telephone (031 715 43 23). For international orders, expect at least 10 working days delivery time.
If you do not pick up your goods, we will charge you our cost for delivery, return and stock cost. The cost for this is currently SEK 395. Uncollected packages do not count as cancellation of your purchase. According to Swedish law, you must always notify us when exercising the right of withdrawal, complaint, exchange or return of your order.
Uncollected packages outside Sweden are charged SEK 595 to cover extra costs that this entails for Skistore.se.
For orders outside Sweden, the shipping cost is 250 SEK. For skis sent outside Sweden, the shipping fee is 750 SEK.
For international orders, expect at least 10 working days delivery time.
During the Corona pandemic, it is difficult to guarantee announced delivery times for overseas orders. Pga. Restrictions in different countries, delivery times can vary greatly and major delays can occur. In such a situation, we at Skistore do everything we can to help you get your goods but can not guarantee that regular delivery time is met.VAT & Customs outside the EU
We send VAT-free when you have a delivery address outside the EU. Swedish VAT is deducted from the price, the recipient country's VAT and customs duty are then added when the goods are imported. Keep in mind that this means extra costs for you as a customer that we at Skistore do not have control over. It is your responsibility as a customer to find out what VAT rate and customs fee that applies in the country the package is to be delivered to.Returns from abroad
When returning an order outside Sweden, you as a customer are responsible for shipping costs back to us. You are responsible for the package being delivered all the way to our store, after which we refund the money for the goods returned when they are delivered to us. A return fee of 50 SEK is charged for orders under 2000 SEK, for orders over 2000 SEK a return fee of 100 SEK is charged.
By law, the right of withdrawal is 14 days. The days start counting from the day you have the order available. If you want to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send a clear and unambiguous message about your decision to withdraw from the agreement. You can use the attached standard template from the Swedish Consumer Agency, but you do not have to use it (the Swedish Consumer Agency standard template for the right of withdrawal). However, feel free to use our own form that also accompanies your delivery.
You have the right to open the packaging and handle the item you purchased from us in such a way that you can determine its properties and function.
Returned goods should be returned in their original packaging with all labels and manuals if included. If the product has been used or handled to a greater extent than is deemed necessary to be able to determine the product's properties and function, compensation corresponding to the product's depreciation may be demanded. In such cases, we can make a deduction corresponding to the depreciation from the amount we have to pay back to you. The size of the compensation is assessed after each individual case.Effect of exercised right of withdrawal.
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, except for any return shipping according to § 10. The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we were notified of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you have used for the initial business event, unless you have expressly agreed with us otherwise. In any case, the refund will not cost you anything.
We handle exchanges as a return, so return the products you want to exchange, and place a new order for the new products you want instead via the website. You pay for the new items as a regular purchase and will be refunded for the returned ones when they are administered by us. Please note on the return form received on delivery that it is a change.
We charge all returns under 2000 SEK a shipping fee of 50 SEK, and over 2000 SEK a shipping fee of 100 SEK. All returns must be made with our return slip if one is included. Return slip is included with all orders within Sweden over SEK 500.
The exceptions are skis, ski cases and bicycles where we do not offer subsidized return shipping.

When your return has been received, handled and approved by us, the refund will be made via Klarna. If you have chosen to pay by invoice, we recommend that you pay the invoice or contact Klarna to extend the payment period, to avoid the risk of unnecessary reminder fees.
Let us know why you do not accept the product and state why you think the product is incorrect by e-mail (email@example.com) or telephone (031 715 43 23). We or our supplier will then send you a prepaid return shipping note and instructions. Always notify any complaint as soon as possible. By law, you have the right to make a complaint about your product for 3 years, provided that the error can be invoked by the seller as original, within 6 months from the time of purchase. We accept the General Complaints Board (ARN).
We do not save your customer information for anything other than completing your order. We follow the Personal Data Act since it came into force in 1998. You can always request correction, extracts and that we remove your information from our register. Read more about our data protection policy.

We reserve the right to make printing errors on this website as well as the final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the screen, photo quality and resolution.
We take no responsibility for delays or errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control such as labor dispute, fire, war, government decision, reduced or non-delivery from supplier. Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products / product properties that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control. The company is also never responsible for direct or indirect damage / loss that may occur to the customer.
