Sometimes it does not turn out quite as planned. The size was not right or the model was not as expected. We understand that it is not always easy to shop online. Therefore, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to exchange or return an item when it did not turn out as you intended.
When you shop at Skistore, you always receive an information sheet on how to proceed to return your order (* other conditions for skis, read below), together with a return shipping note. You simply send the item back to our store in Gothenburg where we handle the case as soon as possible. It is also possible to come to us in the store and return the item on site.
We charge all returns under 2000 SEK a shipping fee of 50 SEK, and over 2000 SEK a shipping fee of 100 SEK. This is because we believe that we all need to take our responsibility and not burden the environment with unnecessary transport. Therefore, feel free to think twice, or contact us for advice, before you order more sizes than you intend to keep.
Should you, against all odds, not have received a return shipping note in your package, you are welcome to contact us and we will send one to you.Do you want to change to another size or model?
The fastest way is then to place a new order on what you want to exchange for and send the item you received in return. This way you get your item faster and make sure it is in stock and does not run out.* Return of skis.
Skis that are mounted cannot be returned. Unmounted skis can be returned, but you must redeem and bear the entire return cost.Returns are sent or submitted to:
For all international returns you have to cover the cost for shipping. We will refund the money for your order when the parcel reaches our shop. All returns need to be shipped directly to our shop adress, not to terminal or other pickup location.
All returns are subject to a return fee of 50 SEK if the order amount is smaller than 2000 SEK. For order amounts greater than 2000 SEK the return fee is 100 SEK
