General terms

Since 2004 we have been selling ski gear online at Skistore.se. 2006 we opened up our ground store, today located at Skanstorget 6 is Gothenburg. At this location you will also find our renting and shop services. 

Every since the beginning our goal has been to be the most well sorted, quality and service minded ski shop in the world. Our philosofy is and always have been that quality, weather in products or service, is what is best in the long run. This is something that we hope that you as a customer will see reflected in our products and services.

Order information

When placing an order we will send you a mail confirmation to the adress you submittet in the register. In this email you will find all the information about your purchase, such as billing adress, shipping adress, products, prices and shipping rates. If something in your confirmation doesn't look right you should contact us immediately by email (info@skistore.s) or phone (+4631 715 43 23)
You have to be 18 years old or have your legal guardians permission to order from our webshop. 

Shipping estimates

All orders are sent using the Postal Service or DHL, please allow 1-3 business days to receive order with in Sweden. 
Order that are made during the week-end will usually be sent out the following monday. If there has been a delay that we have not informed you about you should contact us immediately by email (info@skistore.se) or phone (+4631 715 43 23). For international orders please allow a minimum of 7 business days to receive your order.

Prices

All prices are given i SEK, all prices include 25% VAT (Books 6%).
We reserve ourselves from price changes caused by suppliers, mis prints or wrongful pricing due to inadequate information and reserve the right to change such pricing.

Price guarantee

To make sure that you get a fair price when shopping at Skistore.se we provide a price gurantee. How does it work? If you find the same product that you bought at Skistore.se for a cheaper price within 10 days of your purchase, we will cover the difference. The price guarantee is only valid in Sweden, both online and in the ground store. The price guarantee does not cover sales, the price must be validated with an add or otherwise proven.

Payment

Card payment Visa/Mastercard - Simple and easy: Free!

The total amount is drawn from your card when we process your order. We use the card payment system DIBS which is PCI certified. DIBS uses 3D Secure which is a global security standard produced by Visa and Mastercard. The transaction is made using an SSL encryption.

Invoice - Shop now, pay 14 days from now: Free! (Only available in Sweden)

When paying with Klarna invoice you can feel totally secure. You never har to submit your card information and you always pay the bill after you receive your order.

- Always 14 days right of return in accordance with the distance and homesales agreement

- Possible part payment

The credit time for this purchase is 14 days. The invoice is sent to you with your order. In accordance with the e-store agreement the invoice fee is 0 SEK.

A reminders fee is added in case of ovedue payments. If the total amount of your purchase is less than 60 SEK and fee of 29 SEK is added. If the total amount of your purchase is 60 SEK a reminders fee of 60 SEK will be added. A late payments fee of 25% plus the current interest rate is also added. If no payment is made after this the case may be handed over to dept collection and extra fees may be added.

When making a purchase a credit check is made, you will be informed of this by regular mail. When paying with Klarna invoice the shipping adress must be the same as your billing adress.

Klarna part payment/account - Part pay from 50:-/month (Only available in Sweden)

This is the way to go if you want be in charge of how much your paying each month. But a Klarna account is much more than that. Not only do you always receive your order before paying for them, you also collect all of them in one place even from different shops. That means one invoice, regarless of the amount of purchases.

- Always receive your oders before paying for them
- Part pay from 50:-/month or 1/24 of the total amount
- Never have to submit your card information
- Collect all your purchases on one invoice
- Shop now, pay at the end of next month
- On administration fee of 29 SEK, regarless of the amount of purchases
- At any time you can choose to pay the entire amount

For purchases of 10000 SEK with Klarna account base terms the start up fee is 0 SEK. the current yearly interest rate is 19.90% which equals 29.22% effective interest rate. Credit price is 11 458 SEK. The amount of part payments is 12 and each payment 955 SEK. The example assumes a part payment spread out over one year.

When making a purchase a credit check is made, you will be informed of this by regular mail. When paying with Klarna invoice the shipping adress must be the same as your billing adress.

Shipping rates

Shipping adress in Sweden
For orders between 0-499 SEK the shipping rate is 50 SEK.
For orders over 500 SEK we provide free shipping.

Shipping adress in the EU
For orders outside of Sweden the shipping rate is always 250 SEK, regarless of the size of the order.

Shipping adress outside of the EU
For orders outside of the EU the shipping rate is always 250 SEK, regarless of the size of the order.

Return freight

For all returns of orders above 2000SEK there is a handling fee of 100SEK, for orders under 2000SEK the fee is 50SEK. This does not apply to mounted skis or other products that have been modified at the customers request, in these cases we will not accept the product in return. We have a 14 days right of return, read more bellow.

14 days right of return

The product has to be in a conditiont hat allows it to be sold and in the original packaging. This does not apply to special orders or products modified on the customers request. By law you have a 14 days right of return from the day you receive the order, this does not apply if the products seaks have been broken, tapes and audio recording where seals have been borken or items that loose their value (such as mounted skis) on delivery. When using your right of return you will be payed back in full. In case of exchange we will cover the shipping costs of the new item to you.

Complaints

Explain why you do not accept the product received and you think warranty whould cover it in an email (info@skistore.se) or by phone (+4631 715 43 23). We or our supplier will then send you a shipping bill with instructions on how to proceed. Always inform us about a complaint as soon as possible, By law you have the right to file a complaint three years after your purchase if the defect can be traced back to the seller/manufacturer within 6 months of the purchase. We accept Allmänna reklamationsrådet (ARN)

Personal informatons law

We follow the personal informations law that passed 1998. You can always request corrections, extracts or ask us to delete your information.

Unclaimed packages

If you do not collect your order, we will charge you the shipping fees to and from the store plus a warehouse fee. The current cost for this is 395 SEK. Unclaimed packages does not count as a cancellation of your purchase. Under Swedish law you are obligated to inform us before using your right of return, filing a complaint, returning or exchanging your order.

Feud

In case of a feud we follow the recommendation from Allmänna reklamationsrådet.

Product information

We reserve ourselves from mis prints on the website and sold out products. We do not guarantee that the pictures on the website mirrors the exact appearence of the item, some colour disfiguration may occur depending of the screen you are using.

Force majeure

We do not assume any responsibility for delays caused by outside factors that the company cannot control, such as strikes, fire, war, government decisions, cut back or withdrawn deliveries by the carrier. Further more we do nott assume responsibility for changes in products made by manufacturer or other factors outside of our control. The company is not responsible for direct on indirect damage or loss that can occur for the customer.

According to law the visitor of a website has to be informed of the use of cookies. The information in cookies can be used to track a persons usage of the internet. A cookie is a small text file that requests to be stored on your computer to grant you access to certain functions. Your browser can be configured to automatically block cookies. To keep track of customer information and shopping baskets we use cookies (sessioncookies) that will be stored on the visitors computer.
