Below you find your consumer rights and obligation when ordering at Skistore.se.

PRICE
All prices include VAT 25% (books 6%) for orders within EU. Orders outside EU are charged and shipped without tax. You local tax are to paid in your home country upon delivery. We reserve ourself against changes of price, tax, and customs regulations.

PAYMENT
VISA / MASTERCARD 
For orders with delivery adress outside Sweden the only payment option is payment with VISA or Mastercard. Skistore.se use one of the biggest and safest payment services available called Samport.se who handles the transaction.

Delivery within Sweden
Orders over SEK 500 - FREE SHIPPING
Orders under SEK 500 shipping charge SEK 50.

Delivery adress outide Sweden
Fixed price of SEK 250, no matter how large the order is.

DELIVERIES
All deliveries are handled by the Swedish Postal Services (Posten.se) and DHL.
If you have any special request reagarding you delivery please contact us for consultation.
Normally you have you products within 2-4 days for an adress within Sweden. For delivery adresses outside Sweden allow an extra week. If the product is not in stock add 4-14 extra days. Delivery time is shown in the product information for each product. If there is anything unusual regarding your order you will be notified either by mail or phone.

CHANGES / RETURNS
You have the right to return your product within 14 days nand get the money back. The product must not be used. This right is not valid for products on SALE nore on special orders outside our nomal product range. E-mail us at info@skistore.se stating your order number and changes that you wish to make. You can choose to have the products exchanged or to receive you money back. All shipping charges are to be paid by the customer. All returns are shipped to the following adress:

COMPLAINTS
Complaints are send to info@skistore.se, state order numer and the problem. We will then notify you how to proceed in the matter.

WARRANTY
We follow all brands warranty policies.

MICELLANIOUS
We reserve ourself to change prices without notice.
Vi förbehåller oss rätt till prisändring utan föregående avisering.
Colors can be different in reality and on different screens.
We reserve ourself against wrongfull information.
All frauds are reported to the police.
